Do I have to dress up
  • Casual to business casual is most common—you are welcome to come as you are!

Who may receive communion
  • Holy Communion is a means of God's grace freely offered to anyone. Children are invited to receive communion at any age. Have a conversation with Pastor for more information.

Music Ministry
  • Music is very important to the Kingo congregation. We use a variety of different hymnals and instrumentation, embracing diverse styles of music. Our music is most often accompanied by piano and guitar, but it is not uncommon to also hear special music and/or additional accompaniment on organ, clarinet, saxophone, cello, violin, flute, percussion, and even pennywhistle. The Kingo “Crown Choir” contributes anthems from September through May.

Family & Children
  • Families and children are invited to participate in all aspects of worship. We give thanks for their gifts of curiosity and enthusiasm.

  • Pray Ground - The Pray Ground allows families to worship together, encourages children to participate fully, and allows them to play quietly. The Pray Ground is intentionally located next to the musicians so children can accompany worship using egg shakers during songs.

  • We offer a Parent-Child room in the back of the sanctuary, a carpeted space with toys, books, a comfortable chair, a view of the sanctuary, and a speaker so you don’t miss worship. This space is across from a restroom for your convenience.

What happens after worship
  • Refreshments are served following worship on the terrace or lounge depending on the time of year. Everybody is welcome.
